Terms of Service

Last updated: June 14, 2026

Agreement

By accessing or using Bulk Stats Checker (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding contract between you and the operator of Bulk Stats Checker.

Description of service

Bulk Stats Checker is a web application that connects to your Google Search Console account via OAuth and displays your search performance data in a multi-property dashboard. The Service provides read-only access to your Search Console data — it does not modify your properties, submit content to Google, or make changes on your behalf (except for optional IndexNow submissions, which you explicitly trigger).

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and have authority to bind yourself (or your organization) to these terms. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and any credentials configured in the Service.
  • You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
  • Use automated means to access the Service in a way that exceeds normal usage or degrades performance for other users.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data or any part of the Service’s infrastructure.

Google API services

Bulk Stats Checker uses Google APIs and is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to that policy.

We request the webmasters.readonly scope only — read-only access to your Search Console properties. We do not request write scopes or access to other Google services.

Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the operator and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your own data (your Search Console metrics). We claim no ownership over your data.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be 100% accurate or complete.

Search Console data is sourced from Google’s API. We are not responsible for discrepancies between our dashboard and data displayed directly in Google Search Console.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Bulk Stats Checker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $10 USD if you have not paid anything).

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or an in-app notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
